Extra Post

I just googled, "graphic design baseball," and this schedule came up.  The shadowing and the banner were probably created in photoshop.

Extra Post

I stumbled upon this when I was looking up what photoshop could do, and I thought these were funny. I'm guessing that they used paintbrush to add the eyebrows and to mess up his teeth.

The comics of Calvin and Hobbes were always my favorite when I was little.  These comics, along with many more, inspired me to do my final project as a comic.

Final Project: SFX

To make the sound effects I just used the pen tool in illustrator, chose an appropriate, line weight, and then exported it as a .jpeg.  I then opened them in photoshop and pasted them into the scene and adjusted the size and orientation.

Final Project: Lot's of Bunnies

I took the first Bunny and copied him into a new tab, and continued to edit him to fit each of the 5 remaining scenes.  I kept each Bunny from each scene separate in case I wanted to take a feature from a previous one and add it to the new one.  I would then, export it as a .jpeg and open them in photoshop to paste into the scene and adjust the size and orientation.

Final Project: First Bunny!

This is "Bunny" from the first scene.

Final Project Proposal

My proposed final project is a comic, or digital storyboard, about a mischievous cartoon rabbit I sketched that gets into a series of humorous situations.  I will be using the many creative tools of  Illustrator to make the characters and backgrounds, while using Photoshop to clean them up and add the necessary effects to make it  presentable.  I plan on sketching the characters and backgrounds on paper, scanning them onto the computer to be traced, if needed, and then adding hte text boxes.  I haven't decided how long the story will be, but it will be long enough to display my understandings of the two programs, as well as tell an effective story.
